Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the AIetic HRMS platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIetic HRMS platform ("Service"), provided by AIetic Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. SaaS Services & License

Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.

  • Platform Access: Access to HR modules, payroll engines, and AI analytics as per your subscription plan.
  • Updates: Automatic updates and security patches are included.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a specific partnership agreement.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your tenant account. You agree to:

  • A. Maintain the confidentiality of your admin credentials.
  • B. Ensure that the data you input (Employee Data) complies with local labor and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • C. Not use the "Neural Engine" or AI features to discriminate against employees in violation of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions: Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Admin Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The AIetic platform, including its code, design, "Neural Engine" algorithms, and documentation, is the exclusive property of AIetic Inc.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to the Service ("Client Data"). You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIETIC INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
